Marcelo Filho

Marcelo Filho is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional currently serving as an HR and Talent Partner at iGP since March 2023. Previously, Marcelo held the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at ComeOn Group from February 2022 to March 2023 and worked at Evolution from June 2019 to February 2022 in various talent acquisition roles. Marcelo's early career includes a position as Estagiário at Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Goiás from April 2018 to April 2019. Marcelo holds an MBA in Human Resources from Universidade Fernando Pessoa, expected to complete in December 2024, and a degree from Universidade Federal de Goiás. Additionally, Marcelo participated in an exchange program at Edertalschule and earned a High School Diploma from Instituto Federal de Goiás.
