Fathima Minha Farook

Fathima Minha Farook is an active participant in game development and education, currently serving as a Delegate for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and as an Educator for the Games for Change Student Challenge. Fathima is also involved with the Global Game Jam, holding multiple roles including Organizer for Global Game Jam Next in Sri Lanka, focusing on youth creativity, and as a mentor in various capacities. As a member of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA), Fathima contributes as a Speaker and Panelist for industry conferences and serves as a Judge for game development competitions promoting women in tech. Additionally, Fathima engages in mentorship programs related to game design and development, emphasizing empowerment and inclusion within the industry. Fathima's educational background includes studies at the Royal Institute in Colombo.
