Claudia Moggiani

Claudia Moggiani has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as an Experte en marques and Juriste-marques at the Institut Fédéral de la Propriété Intellectuelle since January 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a legal trainee at the same institution from May to October 2021, and gained additional experience as an intern at the Swiss LegalTech Association from September 2020 to April 2021 and as a Juriste stagiaire at DLT Law in early 2020. Claudia holds a Master of Laws in IP Law and Health Law from the Université de Neuchâtel (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva (2014-2017).
