Eric Fluegge has held several roles in the sales and customer retention field. Eric was a Team Lead and Customer Retention & Renewals Specialist at IGEL Technology, where they trained and coached the NA Renewals team, built relationships with existing customers, and monitored team performance. Prior to that, they were a Customer Retention & Renewals Specialist at IGEL Technology, responsible for building relationships with current customers and ensuring their needs were met. Eric also worked as a Territory Manager at IGEL Technology, where they built pipelines and helped companies leverage VDI technologies. Before joining IGEL, Eric worked at Citrix as an Inside Territory Manager and Sales Development Representative, focusing on prospecting, building client relationships, and demonstrating how Citrix's solutions could benefit businesses. Eric also has experience as a Sales Management Intern at Sherwin-Williams, where they learned about contractors' needs and recommended products. Eric served as President of Pi Sigma Epsilon during their time at college.

Eric Fluegge earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Sales Emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Concordia University in Nebraska in 2016-2017 and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2015-2016.
