Rupali Chopra

Rupali Chopra, PhD, is an accomplished Laboratory Director at IGENOMIX since March 2013, overseeing laboratory operations across three facilities in the Middle East, including Dubai, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, and spearheading efforts for CAP Accreditation for the Dubai Laboratory. Prior to this role, Rupali held several research positions, including a PhD in Life Sciences from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, where research focused on genetic susceptibility to leprosy. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Research Fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Research Biologist at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, and a Project Assistant at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR). Rupali holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics, an MSc in Bio-Technology from Punjab Technical University, and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation from Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women.
