Grant Bethwaite

Grant Bethwaite started their career as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter/Machinist at Gen2 before moving on to Tata Steel Projects. Grant worked as a Mechanical Assembly Fitter at TSP before becoming a Mechanical Trainer/Assessor at Gen2. Currently, Grant holds the position of Mechanical Manager Pulp & Power at Holmen Iggesund, where Grant oversees mechanical engineering and maintenance works in the Pulp & Power areas of the Workington Mill. Grant's experience includes mechanical maintenance, training apprentices, and planning/scheduling engineering work. Grant has a background in mechanical maintenance, assembly, and development work in various industries.
