Joey Gunn has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network operations and global support services. Joey started their career at Nortel Networks in 1984, where they worked in systems testing until 1990. Joey then went on to work as an emergency technical support engineer and XPM technical support at Nortel from 1991 to 1996. From 1997 to 2004, they worked in global product support at Nortel, where they were involved in software patch development, hardware and software support, and Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) and Local Number Portability (LNP) support. In 2004, Joey joined Avaya, where they worked in global support services until 2013. Joey then moved on to iGLASS Networks in 2014, where they currently work as a network operations engineer.
Joey Gunn completed their Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology at the United Electronics Institute from 1982 to 1984. In addition, Joey obtained several certifications from various institutions such as Cisco, AudioCodes, and Microsoft.
