Andrea Gumz-Dietrich has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Andrea began with self-employment as an English Conversation Facilitator. In 2006, they took on the role of Management Trainee at GoodLife Fitness. The following year, they became an Account Manager at ypOne Enterprises, Canada dba. PhoneGuide. In 2008, they returned to GoodLife Fitness as a Sales Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst at Fibernetics (NEWT Business Services). Finally, they joined Igloo Software in 2016, where they have held the roles of Manager, Customer Success, Customer Success Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Operations Specialist, as well as Business Development Representative.
Andrea Gumz-Dietrich attended St. Lawrence College from 2001 to 2004, where they received a Diploma in Integrated Marketing & Communications (now called Advertising & Marketing Communications). Her field of study included Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Event planning.
