James Risto

James Risto has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. James began their career in 1992 as a Software Developer at Clarica. In 1995 they moved to Sun Life Financial as a Senior Windows Systems Engineer. In 2013 they joined Mad Hatter Technology Inc. as a Systems Engineer and Developer, where they were responsible for software development, server product sizing and installation, Linux server administration, colocation virtualization administration, cloud application support, network administration, GoDaddy Internet domain and DNS management, Windows and Mac desktop support, and VOIP phone system support. In 2014 they joined Igloo Software as a Senior IT Engineer and Sysadmin.

James Risto attended Carleton University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science in Computer Software Engineering.
