Lisa Oberle has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Lisa began their career as a Telemarketing Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at Spaenaur Inc. In 2001, they moved to Home & Park Motorhomes Inc. where they worked as a Sales and Program Coordinator. From 2005 to 2013, Lisa worked at Research In Motion in two different roles; first as a Sales Support Specialist for the T-Mobile Business Unit and then as a BlackBerry Sales & Service Consultant for the BlackBerry Inside Sales Team. During this time, they also held a part-time role as a Williamsburg Walk Condos Sales Representative at Schlegel Urban Development. In 2013, Lisa joined Siemens as an Inside Sales Representative/Program Coordinator and then moved to Oticon Canada in 2014 as a Sales Support Specialist. In 2018, Lisa began working at Igloo Software, first as a Renewal Manager/Customer Success Representative and then as a Contract Specialist. In both roles, they were responsible for overseeing the company's renewal program, managing the contract renewal process, and responding to renewal contract escalations.
Lisa Oberle has a degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Conestoga College. Lisa has also obtained five additional certifications: a Leadership Certificate from the University of Waterloo in December 2022, an Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional Level II from Gainsight in November 2021, an Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional Pulse+ Level II Certification from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in November 2021, a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight in November 2021, and a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional - Level 1 Certification from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in November 2021.
