Melissa Peros

Melissa Peros is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Process Improvement Manager at Iglu Student Accommodation since November 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at BGIS, where roles encompassed Training Design & Delivery Manager and various supporting positions related to business operations and training within the Department of Defence. Prior to BGIS, Melissa worked as an Executive Assistant at Jones Lang LaSalle and as an Office Manager at ICHOR CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD. Melissa holds a Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, earned between 2001 and 2002.
