Saud Masud

Saud Masud has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Saud started their career as an IT Support co-op at SS&C Technologies in 2010. Saud then worked as an IT Support Analyst at A Farber and Partners from 2010-2014. In 2014, they joined SOTI as an IT Systems Administrator and later took on the role of IT Systems Analyst.

In 2016, Saud joined goeasy Ltd. and held various positions. Saud started as an IT Systems Administrator and quickly moved up to become a Supervisor in IT Infrastructure Engineering. In 2018, they became a Manager in IT Infrastructure Engineering, where they managed a team of system engineers and administrators. During their time at goeasy Ltd., Saud implemented various infrastructure projects, including migration to Azure, Active Directory restructuring, and deployment of Windows 10 fleet refresh.

Most recently, Saud joined IGM Financial Inc. in 2020 as a Senior Manager in IT Infrastructure Delivery. Saud is currently serving as the Director of End User Engineering.

Saud Masud attended the Ted Rogers School of Management from 2017 to 2020, where they completed an Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Management certificate program. Prior to that, they studied at CBT's from 2011 to 2013. In 2009, they attended Sheridan College, specializing in Information Technologies Support and Services. In addition to their formal education, Saud Masud has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Saud also has certifications in Active Leadership for IT Professionals, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration, Citrix XenApp 6.5 Administration, and Windows 7 and Office 2010 Deployment.
