Harikrishna Murali

Harikrishna Murali has over 15 years of professional experience. From 2020 to present, they have been the Head of Automation & Integration at Ignite IPA (Intelligent Process Automation). From 2017 to 2016, they were the Vice President - IPA at BNY Mellon, where they developed and analyzed processes to assist business with the evaluation & implementation of Robotic Process Automation systems and frameworks, and proposed and implemented innovative ways to improve process functionality using automation. From 2016 to 2009, they were the Senior Consultant - Robotic Process Automation at ISG (Information Services Group), where they developed and analyzed scenario spreadsheets/models to assist clients with the implementation and evaluation of Robotic Process Automation systems and frameworks, and proposed and implemented innovative ways to improve process functionality utilizing automation. From 2009 to 2005, they were a Senior UX Consultant and UI Consultant at Cognizant, where they consulted clients with roadmap, direction and the solution architecture to create the best in class User Experience product, submitted proposals to clients based on their needs, performed UI process analysis, understood user workflow, created highly efficient User-Interface through process-centric design, performed business process analysis, derived multiple tasks/scenario, consolidated multiple applications, provided technology based UI solutions, envisioned new products, created highly efficient User-Interface, created prototypes through niche technology, performed usability testing, maintained UI using web analytics, and provided training. Lastly, from 2005 to present, they have been a Sr. Coordinator at MeritTrac Service's Pvt Ltd., where they were a freelance coordinator for Merittrac as a part time job while in college. Theirresponsibilities included end to end coordination for recruitment activities, Test invigilation, Test correction, Test score scrutiny, Selection management, managing interviews, Telecalling, conducting online tests, Direct interaction with clients to final decision for offer, logistical and other responsibilities.

Harikrishna Murali completed their B.E in Computer Science from Sathyabama University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended St.Bede's from 1992 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Blue Prism Developer Accreditation from Blue Prism in April 2017 and a Human-Computer Interaction certification from Coursera in August 2014.
