Ivar Hammerset

Ivar Hammerset has several years of work experience in the technology industry. Ivar started their career as an R&D Engineer at Melbu Systems AS in 2017, where they worked on the project "CatchScanner" developing hardware and software for fish detection and weight estimation. In 2017, they also joined SEALAB as an R&D Engineer, specializing in camera technology solutions for the aquaculture industry. In 2020, they joined Ur Solutions AS as a Consultant, Full Stack Engineer, and later became the Tech Lead. Currently, they are working at Ignite Procurement as a Senior Software Engineer.

Ivar Hammerset completed their Master's degree in Cybernetics and Robotics with a specialization in Fisheries and Aquaculture Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2012 and 2018.
