Adriana Cibran

Adriana Cibran has held a variety of positions in the recruitment and health and safety fields since 2008. Adriana began their career at Ferrovial in Spain as a Health, Safety & Environment Manager, where they implemented the HSE Management System and monitored employee exposure to workplace hazards. In 2013, they moved to PepsiCo in the United Arab Emirates, where they served as a Health, Safety & Environment Manager and maintained the PepsiCo GEHSMS and safety procedures. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Manager for the MENA Business Investment Group in Saudi Arabia, where they performed full recruitment lifecycle to attract talent for the Riyadh Metro Project and other large processes across the region. In 2017, they joined BBR Services Ltd in the UK as a Recruitment Manager, specializing in the construction industry and placing staff in all trades/labour and management roles throughout the UK. Most recently, they have been working at Ignite Recruitment since 2019, where they have held the positions of Associate VP, Lead Recruiter, and Recruitment Consultant.

Adriana Cibran obtained a B.S.C in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of La Coruña in Spain from 2002 to 2006. Adriana then completed a Human Resources Management Master Degree from the same university from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they completed a Health, Safety and Environment Master Degree from the University of La Coruña from 2007 to 2008.
