Elane Dean

Elane Dean has a long and varied work experience. Elane began their career in 2013 as an Operations Coordinator and Billing Manager for Electronic Medical Billing Solutions. In the same year, they joined Affinity Living Group as an Executive Director, Regional Business Manager, and Business Office Manager. In 2018, they moved to Victorian Senior Care, where they served as Special Care Unit Director and Compliance Director. In 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Contract Modeling. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ignite Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant. Throughout their career, Elane has been responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, showcasing wears, modeling accessories and beauty products, managing operations, providing financial business office support, and coordinating project tasks.

Elane Dean is currently enrolled at Liberty University School of Law, where they are pursuing an Associate of Paralegal Studies, expected to be completed in May 2023.
