Her focus is on helping teams make step changes to their performance by ensuring all work aligns to business goals and objectives, improving communication, cross-boundary collaboration, and better decision making through relentless prioritization. Fernanda believes that people have the potential to become the best version of themselves. Having the ability to take others to a place where they themselves cannot imagine it being possible is a wonderful opportunity to support human growth.
