Nontobeko Khoza

Nontobeko Khoza is a skilled technical engineer with extensive experience in IT support and services. Currently positioned as a 3rd Level Technical Engineer at Ignition Group since June 2016, Nontobeko specializes in computer support for smart devices, virus removal, installation of security services, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and remote support. Prior to this role, Nontobeko worked as an IT Support Technician at Datacentrix, where responsibilities included problem resolution, ensuring timely response to service calls, and performing desktop support. Earlier experience includes a role at the Department of Economic Development and Tourism as an IT Service Desk representative and as a call center agent with Cellc.
