Saurabh Mittal

Saurabh Mittal has a diverse work experience in various companies. Saurabh started their career as the Manager (F & A) at The ALP Group in 1997. Saurabh then worked as the General Manager - Finance & Accounts at Milkfood from 2002 to 2006, where they focused on finance and accounting processes and implemented ERP systems. In 2006, they joined S.Chand Group as the Head Finance, overseeing the publishing company's financial operations. Saurabh later served as the Group CFO at S.Chand Group, leading the company's expansion into education technology ventures and digital learning solutions. Saurabh also held director positions at ixamBee.com, Smartivity Labs, Edutor Technologies, and Convergia Digital Education Pvt. Ltd. In addition, they were an investor and board observer at iNeuron.ai, a startup that they exited in 2022. Prior to their role at S.Chand Group, Saurabh Mittal was the CFO at DS Digital Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2014, where they contributed to the establishment of the joint venture between S Chand and Rise Global Group.

Saurabh Mittal began their education at Sherwood College in Nainital in 1980, where they studied Commerce and earned their ISCE degree in 1991. Following this, they attended Shri Ram College of Commerce from 1991 to 1994, specializing in Commerce and obtaining a B.Com (H) degree. Later, between 1994 and 1997, Saurabh pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, focusing on Accountancy and achieving the degree of FCA.
