Theresa Whittle's work experience includes various roles at iGov. Theresa started in 1997 as the Accounts Receivable Manager and later held positions such as Procurement Manager, Accounting Manager, and Program Manager. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Manager of Technology Partnerships, maintaining and building relationships with technology partners. Theresa then served as the Director of Procurement from 2011 to 2013, where they managed the procurement process and updated the policies and procedures. From 2013 to 2019, Theresa held the role of Director of Contracts & Technology Partnerships, responsible for contract management and risk analysis. In 2019, they became the Senior Director of Contracts at iGov.
Theresa Whittle earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland between 1990 and 1992. In addition, they obtained certifications in Senior Professional in Supply Management from the Next Level Purchasing Association in 2013, Certified Federal Contracts Manager from the NCMA in 2010, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2008.
