Tim Sellers

Tim Sellers has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Tim started their career in 2000 with the Army National Guard, where they served in several leadership positions and gained extensive experience in personnel, training, logistics, and communications support. Tim commanded a Battalion responsible for worldwide voice, video, and data services. Tim also served as the Director of the Joint Network Operations Control Center in Afghanistan, where they developed a strategic plan for the deconstruction of communications infrastructure.

In 2016, Tim joined Ignite - Fueling Innovation as the Director of Programs, overseeing a portfolio of contracts supporting the Department of the Army, Department of the Air Force, and NASA. Tim managed a team of 250 employees and identified new business opportunities.

Tim's experience in the Army continued with roles in the US Army, Ignite - Fueling Innovation, and the US Army, XVIII Airborne Corps. In these positions, they focused on communications and cyber readiness, as well as the procurement of new capabilities.

Recently, Tim has worked with companies like GLTD, 84th Tng Cmd, Envistacom, CALIBRE Systems, Inc., and iGov in roles such as Chief of Staff, Director of Sales, Capture Director, and Business Development Director. Tim has excelled in developing customer relationships, winning new business, and leading teams.

Tim Sellers holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Strategic Studies, which they obtained from the US Army War College from 2013 to 2015. Tim also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Appalachian State University, which they completed from 1988 to 1992. Tim Sellers also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
