Jackson Salins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as a Flight Officer at Ambassador Sky Chef for three years. Jackson then moved on to become a Senior Dispatch Officer at Saudi Arabian Airlines (Catering Division) for six years, where they led a team and monitored flight progress. Jackson handled day-to-day operations, menu planning, employee training, sales promotions, and marketing. In 2014, they worked at Sterling Backcheck as an Operations Manager and later as a Senior Manager Operations, where they managed the international part of the business, formulated initiatives for operational efficiency, and ensured customer satisfaction. Most recently, since 2016, they have been working at IGP.com (Indian Gifts Portal) as VP Customer Care, where they have been responsible for meeting key performance measures, formulating initiatives for operational efficiency, and conducting regular performance reviews. Overall, Jackson Salins has extensive experience in operations management, customer service, team leadership, and business ownership.

Jackson Salins earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from S.I.E.S College, Sion, University of Mumbai. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at University of Mumbai, with a focus on Art/Art Studies, General. Jackson also attended Holy Cross High School in Kurla, Mumbai, where they obtained their high school/secondary diploma. Additionally, they have a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt (DMAIC) Trained, although the institution and date of completion are unspecified.
