Deepak Kumar

Deepak Kumar has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Deepak is currently the Head of Quality at IGT Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RRD GO Creative as a Senior Manager in Business Performance Improvement from 2021 to 2022, and as a Manager in the same department from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they were a Manager in Delivery Excellence at Mphasis from 2015 to 2016. Deepak also worked at EXL in various roles, including Lead Assistant Manager in Process Excellence from 2013 to 2015, Lead Assistant Manager in Operations from 2012 to 2013, Assistant Manager in Operations from 2009 to 2012, Quality Compliance Analyst in Process Excellence from 2007 to 2009, and Customer Care Executive in Operations from 2005 to 2007. Deepak's early work experience includes working as a Senior CCE in SOE process at iEnergizer from 2004 to 2005.

Deepak Kumar earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2011 to 2015. Deepak also completed a General Management Program in Management and Leadership at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com (P) degree in Commerce from Delhi University from 1999 to 2002. Deepak attended The Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi from 1989 to 1999, where they studied Commerce from 3rd standard till 12th standard. Deepak also attended St. Xavier's School from 1987 to 1989, studying in 1st and 2nd Standard with a CBSE curriculum. In addition to their formal education, Deepak has obtained several certifications, including Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, Pune Chapter in 2022 and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ISEL GLOBAL in 2021.
