Manish Kumar

Manish Kumar has extensive work experience in the customer experience and operations field. Manish is currently working as the Vice President of CX Transformation at IGT Solutions since February 2021. Prior to this, they held senior leadership positions at Snapdeal, where they served as the Senior Director from April 2016 to February 2021 and as the Director of Market Development from April 2015 to March 2016. Before joining Snapdeal, Manish worked at WNS Global Services, initially as the VP of Operations from May 2009 to September 2012 and later as the General Manager of Operations (VP of Operations) from October 2012 to April 2015. Manish began their career at Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager of Operations from January 2007 to August 2009.

Manish Kumar completed an Executive Development Program in Data Science from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDBA degree in Marketing & Finance from ICFAI, Calcutta from 1997-1999. Manish also holds a B A Hons degree in History from Ramjas College, which they completed from 1993-1996. Manish Kumar's earlier education includes completing +2 from Rajendra Vidyalaya, which they attended from 1979-1991.
