Lucy Song

Lucy Song is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various senior management roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR at IGT since December 2008, Lucy manages HR services delivery and improvement, aligning human resources with business goals. Previously, Lucy held the position of Rewards Manager for Greater China at AMD (China) Ltd., where responsibilities included comprehensive compensation and benefits management for the region. Earlier roles include Senior HR Manager at RF Micro Devices, overseeing HR policy development, and Assistant Manager HR at ACNielsen, managing HR functions in northern China. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in American Literature from Heilongjiang University.
