Matthew Phillips has extensive experience in research and customer insights, currently serving as the Director of Research & Insights at IGT since June 2009. Prior roles at IGT include Head of Customer Insight for the EMEA region, Account Director & Product Insight for EMEA, Head of Account Management for EMEA, and Senior Account Manager. Previous experience includes a position as Business Development Executive at Experian and Senior Account Manager at 192 Business Services. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Public Sector Finance Consultant at Syscap and as a Business Development Executive at Progression through Marketing. Matthew holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from Cardiff University, completing the degree in 2003.
