Tanya Eshar

Tanya Eshar has extensive work experience in engineering and software development. Tanya is currently the Senior Director of Engineering at Iguazio, following its acquisition by McKinsey in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Software Engineering at Brodmann17 from 2021 to 2023, where they managed a multidisciplinary group and developed Deep Learning-based software solutions for the Automotive and Telematics markets.

Before joining Brodmann17, Tanya worked at Western Digital from 2016 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles including SW Group Manager for Flash Management and FW Team Leader for Flash Management. In these positions, they managed teams of engineers and architects, designed and delivered key features for flash-based storage products, and developed flash management algorithms and modules. Additionally, they served as a Program Integrator at Western Digital from 2016 to 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Western Digital, Tanya worked at SanDisk as a Principal Firmware Engineer, Technologist from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they gained experience as a Software Engineer at Ceragon Networks from 2007 to 2014 and at Mango DSP from 2005 to 2007.

Tanya Eshar attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2002 to 2006 and earned a BSc in Computer Engineering.
