Paola MacHella

Paola Machella has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at iGuzzini since February 1998, where responsibilities include supporting the Vice President in market development across several Asian countries, India, and Oceania, alongside managing the Vice President's international contacts and schedule. Prior roles include serving as a Market Development Assistant focused on Asia, India, and Oceania and providing commercial and logistical support to establish a production and commercial hub in China, as well as managing distributors globally. Earlier experience includes a Customer Care position at Angelo Giannini Spa/Donna Serena, overseeing order management and client assistance, and a brief stage at Poltrona Frau.
