Efren Corpuz has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at IHG Hotels & Resorts since October 2007 in various roles including Operations Manager, Interim Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Team Manager. In these positions, Efren has demonstrated leadership by coaching teams to enhance performance, drive customer engagement, and achieve organizational goals. Additionally, as the Coordinator for Corporate Responsibility in AMEA & Greater China, Efren has focused on implementing key corporate responsibility programs aimed at positively impacting local communities and the environment. Before joining IHG, Efren served as a Technical Support Agent at Sitel. Efren holds a Master's of Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from St. Camillus College Seminary.
