Sophie Colson

Sophie Colson is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in aerospace and energy engineering. Currently, Sophie serves as a Researcher at IHI Corporation since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie held a Postdoctoral Researcher position at IFS, Tohoku University from October 2020 to April 2023, and worked as a Research Assistant while completing a PhD in Aerospace Engineering at Tohoku University between October 2017 and October 2020. Additionally, Sophie has teaching experience as a French Teacher at Stage Line Language School and has completed internships at Airbus and Forest Liné. Sophie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from Tohoku University and in Thermal Engineering from INSA Lyon, along with a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Tohoku University and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Centrale Lyon.
