Frank Irmscher

Frank Irmscher currently serves as Leiter at IHK Hessen innovativ and Stv. Leiter Innovation & Technologie at IHK Frankfurt am Main, both positions held since January 2024. Prior experience includes leading the Innovation Team at IHK Offenbach am Main from March 2014 to January 2024 and working as a Project Manager at AHK Finnland from May 2010 to February 2014. Frank Irmscher began a career in communication as a freelancer at Chemnitzer Verlag und Druck GmbH & Co. KG, and briefly contributed to internal communications at Volkswagen AG in 2007. Educationally, Frank Irmscher holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (E-MBA) from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (2016-2018) and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Linguistics from Technische Universität Chemnitz (2003-2010), supplemented by studies at Tongji University and the University of Oulu.
