Rinko Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rinko began their career as an Environmental Scientist at ENVIRON in 1989 and worked there until 1992. In 1994, they transitioned into the role of a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where they worked until 1999. Following that, they joined AstraZeneca as a Commercial Development Consultant for a brief period in 2001.
Rinko Ghosh's career then took a turn towards the biotech and pharmaceutical sector. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at Nektar Therapeutics, where they held the position of SVP & Chief Business Officer. In 2015, they became the President & CBO at Symic Bio and held this role until 2018.
In 2019, Ghosh briefly served as the CEO of Omniox before moving on to Engine Biosciences in 2020. At Engine Biosciences, they worked as a Senior Advisor until 2021.

Rinko Ghosh has a diverse education history. Rinko has obtained a B Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Rinko also holds an MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Rinko has pursued studies in International Economics and Marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics. Rinko'sacademic journey also includes attending The Wharton School, where they completed an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management.
