Bradford Donohue has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bradford currently serves as the President and CEO of IHRDC, a global training resources provider for the oil and gas industry. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company and developing competent employees through instructional programs, e-Learning solutions, and competency management services. Prior to this, Bradford worked at IHRDC as the Vice President, Treasurer, and Competency Management, where they played a crucial role in creating valuable resources for employees across the oil and gas value chain. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Merrill Lynch - US Private Client, BFS, and as a Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Center for Space Technology.

Bradford Donohue completed their education with an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1997. Bradford completed their high school education at Belmont Hill School from 1988 to 1993.
