Cima Sholotan has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Cima is currently the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Communications at IHS Towers, where they have been working since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Associate Director and then Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at the same company. Before joining IHS Towers, Cima worked at The Nigerian Stock Exchange as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility from July 2013 to July 2016. Cima also has experience as a Sustainability Specialist at Access Bank Plc, where they worked from September 2007 to November 2012.

Cima Sholotan completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2018. Cima also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Administration from Madonna University in Nigeria. In addition, Cima obtained a certification in Finance for Non-Finance Managers from dbrownconsulting in 2018.
