Katy Miles

Katy Miles has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in sterile services and quality management. Currently serving as Quality & Service Manager at IHSS (Decontamination & Sterile Service Solutions) since August 2012, Katy has held various roles within the company, including Customer Care Coordinator and Service Administrator. Prior to this, Katy worked at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust as a Theatre Support Worker from April 2010 to August 2012, and earlier as a Sterile Service Technician at both IHSS and East Kent Hospitals. Katy's education includes studies at Canterbury College from 2007 to 2009 and Walmer Science College from 2001 to 2007.
