Rachel Adegbe is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria since January 2023, Rachel oversees HR operations to align recruitment with departmental goals. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Country Director at Management Alternatives, where innovative resource allocation strategies were developed. As General Manager at FOSHIZI TOURS LTD, Rachel drove significant business growth and improved operational quality. Rachel's earlier roles include Director of Operations and Operations Manager at Management Alternatives Limited and Training Manager at Development Associates, showcasing a strong background in policy implementation and training program development. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Roehampton and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Jos.
