Jonah Tobias

Jonah Tobias is an accomplished multimedia professional with extensive experience in video editing, animation, and web design. Currently serving as a Senior Video Editor at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and the Highway Loss Data Institute since January 2024, Jonah also operates as an Art Director since 2002, notably creating significant animations for TED Conferences, including the TED Talks intro animation with over 1 billion views. Other notable roles include Motion Designer at the Virginia Film Festival, 3D Artist at Filament Productions, and Animator at TED Conferences, alongside earlier web design positions at Capital One, Transaction Information Systems, Starpoint Solutions, and BoxerJAM. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati.
