Yvette Arts has a diverse work experience. Yvette started their career as a Content Developer/Project Manager at Brigham Young University in 1997, where they developed and managed multiple websites and supervised lab staff. From 2001 to 2006, Yvette worked as an Instructional Design Consultant at the same university, providing technical resources and managing the Independent Study portfolio for various colleges.
In 2006, Yvette joined FamilyLink.com, Inc. as a Director/Content Acquisition, where they played a key role in building partnerships and acquiring genealogy records, resulting in significant revenue generation. Yvette later became the Director/Content Partnerships, creating over 35 partnerships with international companies.
Starting in 2011, Yvette worked at Brigham Young University once again, this time as the Assistant to the Dean—External Relations for the College of Fine Arts and Communications. In this role, they handled strategic counsel, oversaw college alumni outreach, managed public relations functions, and maintained numerous websites.
Most recently, Yvette Arts was the VP of New Business Development at IIMI USA, a BPO and document management company. Yvette'sresponsibilities included providing consultation services and overseeing projects related to data processing, transformation, and information management for companies worldwide.
Yvette Arts is currently a PhD student in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, beginning in 2021 and expected to complete in 2026. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2003. Yvette'sundergraduate education took place at the University of Utah from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Telecommunications and Public Relations.
