Johan Smolenaars is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and policy advising. Since July 2006, Johan has worked at IJmond Werkt! as a Beleidsmedewerker, providing support and advice to the board, director, management team, and works council on decision-making, policy, and governance processes, while maintaining relationships with municipalities in the IJmond region and the Haarlem labor market. Prior to this, Johan held the position of Senior Consultant at Working Holiday Experience and served in various roles, including Senior Intercedent and Intercedent at Start People, where responsibilities included managing contracts and the labor market needs for significant clients like Corus Staal BV.
