Beyza Kayıhan has a background in hospitality and customer support, starting as a Sales Representative at Bonelli Gıda in 2015 and then transitioning to roles at Ankara Üniversitesi Uygulama Oteli, Hilton Garden Inn, and now ikas. With experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, and currently serving as a Customer Support Team Lead at ikas, Beyza has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and leadership within the industry.
