Mustafa Çongara

Mustafa Çongara's work experience begins in 2017 as an Information Systems Intern at KOZA ALTIN İŞLETMELERİ, where they studied the general tasks of the IS department and learned job descriptions of SAP ERP specialists. Mustafa also simulated the purchasing process on SAP. In 2017, they also worked as a Bankada Kampüs at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası from August to November.

In 2018, Çongara worked as an Export Operation Specialist at 3M Plus International from June to February 2019.

From November 2020 to July 2021, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at Taptoweb, where they understood customer needs, developed a product plan, designed product interfaces and experiences, and researched improvements in product design.

In 2021, Çongara joined Kompanion as a Product Associate from October to February 2022 and later transitioned to a role as a Growth Associate from February to June 2022.

Currently, they are working at ikas as a Product Manager since June 2022.

Mustafa Çongara completed their undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, from 2013 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Samsun Garip - Zeycan Yıldırım Fen Lisesi from 2008 to 2012, although the specific degree and field of study during that time are not provided. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mustafa has obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 72/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in March 2021.
