Emily Jackson

Emily T. Jackson is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as Manager of the Home division at IKAWA since March 2021. In this role, Emily oversees daily operations, addresses app development challenges, and provides solutions for digital products. Previously, Emily held positions such as Roastery Operations Manager at Climpson & Sons, where new operational processes were implemented, and Director of Coffee at Casa Brasil Coffee Roasters, focusing on quality control and staff education. Emily is also the sole proprietor of Butterdays Confections, an award-winning candy company. Early career experience includes various roles in coffee establishments, contributing to training and operations. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bookarts from Warren Wilson College.
