Antonella Pucarelli has an extensive career at IKEA since September 1997, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and previously as Country Commercial Manager for IKEA USA, where responsibilities include leading the commercial team to define growth strategies and achieve business goals across sales, marketing, customer experience, and other areas.
