Nael Al Acha is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Al Acha serves as Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager at Al Hayat Building Materials Company - IKK Group since July 2012. Additionally, Al Acha has been a Mela Member since 2015. Formerly, Al Acha was the Deputy Managing Director at Al Acha For Paints, where responsibilities included redefining the organizational structure, expanding product lines, and managing financial controls. Prior experience includes founding Cocoon Branding & Marketing Agency, where successful media campaigns were launched, and serving as Account Manager at Y2Ad/Impact BBDO, driving advertising campaigns and market studies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from the American University of Science and Technology, along with a French Baccalaureat in Economics and Mathematics.
