Ian Fielder is an experienced operations and client services manager with a diverse background in facilities management and cleaning services. Currently serving as Operations Manager at IKON Services Australia Pty Ltd since December 2022, Ian previously held similar roles at Facilities First Australia and Nationwide Health & Aged Care Services. Ian began their career at Spotless Group, progressing from a cleaner to Client Service Manager and Area Manager, overseeing multiple high-profile clients, including IRT Age Care and Australia Post, while managing budgets and staffing. Ian's industry expertise is complemented by a strong educational foundation, holding a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Certificate III in Asset Maintenance from Wollongong TAFE.
