Abhay K. Srivastava

Abhay is responsible for managing all the people processes and systems. He leads the charter in helping us build a Culture marked by agility, focused execution, collaboration, empowerment and respect. Abhay comes with a very strong track record of driving organizational and leadership transformations. He brings with him over 25 years’ strong experience in working on people's agenda. Prior to IKS Health, he was the Chief Talent Officer at Cipla, where he was responsible for driving the Talent and Capabilities strategies at the global scale.
