Amit Pande

Amit Pande has significant work experience in audit, risk, and compliance roles. Amit served as the Vice President of Audit, Risk & Compliance at IKS Health from October 2016 to the present. Prior to that, they held various positions at EXL Service, starting as an Associate and progressing to Senior Manager from March 2004 to April 2012. From May 2012 to June 2015, they worked as an AVP in the Internal Audit & Compliance department, and from July 2015 to September 2016, they served as the Sr. Assistant Vice President in the same department.

Amit Pande obtained a BE degree in Civil Engineering from Nagpur University in 2003. In 2012, they received the certification of a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Amit also obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association in 2015. Amit Pande pursued an Executive MBA with a specialization in Information Technology and Strategy Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Lead Auditing.
