Phillina Lai

Phillina leads the global Legal and Compliance functions. She has over 15 years of experience building and leading legal teams across industries, including energy, logistics, distribution, and the healthcare industry. Phillina was recognized by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and Houston Business Journal (HBJ) as Outstanding In-house Counsel in 2015, and in 2019 she was named “Texas Leading General Counsels” and “Top 50 Women General Counsels in Texas” by the National Diversity Institute of Law.
