Shiva Nagaraju Guda

Shiva Nagaraju Guda has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) and billing operations. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations - RCM at IKS Health since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - AR Billing at Coronis Health from November 2020 to January 2021.

Shiva Nagaraju Guda spent a significant portion of their career at Visionary RCM Infotech, starting in July 2015. During their tenure, they held various roles including DGM - RCM, Senior Manager - RCM, Assistant Manager - RCM Operations, Team Leader - RCM Services, Quality Auditor - RCM Services, and Senior Executive - RCM Services. Their responsibilities encompassed RCM operations, leadership, and quality assurance.

Before joining Visionary RCM Infotech, Shiva Nagaraju Guda worked as a Process Specialist at Access Healthcare Services from January 2015 to July 2015. They also gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited from January 2013 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Shiva Nagaraju Guda worked as an AR trainee at Aegis Global from June 2011 to July 2012, focusing on accounts receivable processes.

Shiva Nagaraju Guda completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Amity University between 2015 and 2018. In 2020, they obtained certification in the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Program (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
