Patricia Fatherazi

Patricia Fatherazi is a skilled research assistant at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung (IKV) in Industrie und Handwerk an der RWTH Aachen since December 2021, focusing on planning and executing research projects in laser transmission welding of plastics, along with conducting teaching sessions on plastic joining technology. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as an engineer at TÜV SÜD Chemie Service GmbH from May 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included investigating and evaluating plastic damage, providing materials consulting during planning and construction, and leading material-specific working groups. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Material Sciences obtained from RWTH Aachen University in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2016.
